If your account has been banned from any Zombie Horde platform, please review the following instructions before creating your appeal.

You must use the following template in formatting your appeal. Appeals that do not adhere to our template will be declined and deleted. We recommend copying the template to an external composition software (ex. Microsoft Word) and entering your responses there. When you are ready to submit your appeal, select Post New Thread in the Ban Appeals forum. Title your Thread as:

    “[Your Username] – Ban Appeal”

Paste your completed appeal into the body of the Thread. Ensure the formatting and content has not changed. When you are done, select Create Thread to publish your appeal.

Once a staff team member views your appeal, they will post the following reply:

    Appeal under review.”

During the review stage, a staff team member will review your appeal and confirm the validity of your responses. After the review stage, your Thread will receive another reply indicating whether your appeal has been accepted or declined.

If your appeal was accepted, your ban will be lifted as soon as possible.

If your appeal was declined, an explanation will be provided. Please note that you may submit an unlimited number of appeals. However, you must wait 3 weeks before publishing a new appeal. The date that your appeal was declined would be the first day of this waiting period.

*Copy and paste the following template and enter responses accordingly.*

What platform(s) were you banned from?

What is the Username of your banned account?

When was your account banned? (Be specific.)

Why was your account banned? (If you are unsure, answer as “Unsure.”)

Why should your appeal be accepted?

If you were banned from the server, you must attach a screenshot of what you see on your computer screen when you attempt to join the server. In the Create Thread window, select Upload a File and then Full Image to display your screenshot in the body of the Thread. When you are done, you may delete this instructional paragraph before publishing your appeal.
